Our Story
Gee started King Ram Property Group in 2023 after his son was born. Reflecting on his own real estate journey, and thinking about his sons future, Gee wanted to help others. Having heard too many stories about the stress of buying a first home, or seeing the struggles friends faced when selling their properties, he realized the need for an informed, trustworthy service that would put people first and help them with not just a transaction, but entire real estate journey.
With an expanding client base, Gee brought his wife Courtney on board in 2025 to manage the digital and marketing side of the business. This is a passion project for them both, largely driven by the desire for homeowners and investors alike to succeed without needing to learn the hard way.

Starting his personal property portfolio at 18, Gee holds qualifications in Property, Marketing, and Human Resources; earning multiple awards in the HR and hospitality industries. Known for a results-driven approach and strong client focus, Gee is committed to delivering seamless, successful interactions.

As Director of Marketing, Courtney has extensive experience in project management, marketing, and digital campaigns. With a strong track record of driving strategic initiatives, Courtney excels in optimizing marketing strategies to drive sales and ensuring seamless execution across projects. Her expertise in aligning operational goals with business objectives enables her to deliver results that drive growth.
